Publicly Traded Networking Companies

A strategic plan that met both the needs of the State Workforce Investment Board and regional planning criteria was written in collaboration with community partners, stakeholders, and the Board.  The plan was approved the State, The Board of Supervisors, and the Workforce Investment Board.    

Community College Innovation:  CoMakerspace

The Chancellor of the San Mateo Community College District commisioned a study on regional  employer needs in high growth employment sectors.  The research lead to district wide curriculum innovation and plans for a College of San Mateo CoMakerspace.  Research and cross campus collaboration culminated in a strategy and vision for the CoMakerspace (construction TBD).  The center will combine a makerspace with coworking space to transform the learning community to include students, faculty, and business.

Workforce Investment Board

Co-facilitated corporate strategic planning, including an executive assessment.  Facilitated a team through a customer assessment process to identify new product development opportunities.  Opportunities were then integrated into the corporate marketing plan.

Using Voice of the Customer Methodology, worked with a team to identify new product development opportunities.
